Processing Time

We work hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

  • Same-day shipping: Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day
  • Next-day shipping: Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST ship the next business day
  • Standard processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST


What Happens After I Place an Order?

Step 1: Order Confirmation (Immediate)

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that:

  • We have received your order in our system
  • Your payment has been pre-authorized

Your confirmation email includes:

  • Your order number
  • Order receipt and summary
  • Estimated delivery timeframe

Step 2: Shipping Confirmation (Within 1–2 Business Days)

Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the carrier's system to update with tracking information.


Didn't Receive Your Emails?

Missing your order confirmation?

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive
  3. Still nothing? Email us at Support@getwidestep.com with the subject line: "Order Confirmation Not Received"

Haven't received your tracking number after 3 business days? Email us at Support@getwidestep.com with your order number and we'll assist you right away.


How Do I Track My Order?

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email
  2. Click the tracking link or copy your tracking number
  3. Enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to view your package status

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order ships.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS and other reputable shipping services depending on your location.

Please note: For high-value orders, the carrier may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package is received safely.


Order Verification & Acceptance

To protect you from fraud, we may verify your payment and shipping details before processing your order. Verification may include confirming your:

  • Phone number
  • Shipping address
  • Payment information (identity, residence, or banking details)

If we need additional information, we'll contact you by email. In cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be notified immediately and any charges will be fully refunded.
